What’s New: Several New Classes Coming to NYHRC in April
Spring is the Time for New Classes at New York Health & Racquet Club
Looking for different fitness classes to take this spring? Check out some of the new classes provided at New York Health & Racquet Club in April:
- KerBoomKa with Kershel Anthony (pictured above) - begins Sunday, April 7 at 23rd Street at 10am. KerBoomKa is a core-crunching, high-energy, easy to learn, FUN, new way to exercise through dance!
- Plyo Dance with Mario Godiva - begins Wednesday, April 3 at 23rd Street at 12:15pm. Plyo Dance is a heart-pounding, leg-burning, low-impact fusion of plyometrics, core, conditioning and dance. Burn the maximum amount of calories in a minimum amount of time!
- Urban Rebounding with Sam Hawkins - currently on Thursdays at 12:15pm at Cooper Square/Astor Place. Urban Rebounding is a challenging aerobic movement with sports-specific exercises and plyometrics on a rebounder.
